The raw material for copper foil soft connection is T2 red copper strip with a copper content of over 99.97%. Red copper has excellent thermal conductivity, ductility, and corrosion resistance. The copper strip can be divided into soft and hard states according to its state, meeting different production and installation needs. The soft connection of pure copper foil adopts 0.05-0.3mm thick copper foil. Copper foil soft connection adopts a polymer diffusion welding process, which melts multiple layers of copper foil on the contact surface together, changes its molecular structure, solidifies into copper blocks, and then undergoes subsequent processing.
